Member for Davidson, Jonathan O’Dea has announced that the latest round of NSW Government funding for Crown reserves has delivered $20,000 to the Davidson electorate.
Mr O’Dea said funding applications for the Public Reserves Management Fund (PRMF) had been assessed across NSW and he was pleased to announce the local news.
$20,000 has been granted to Ku-ring-gai Council for Weed Control through bushland regeneration techniques at St Ives Showground.
Mr O’Dea said a letter of offer would be sent to the Council and once they accepted it, the funds would be made available.
“These types of grants go a long way towards ensuring our Crown reserves remain in good condition for community activities and events,” Mr O’Dea said.
