Member for Davidson, Jonathan O’Dea said his electorate will share in a $5 million program to install school zone flashing lights where schools have multiple busy entrances, and have higher road safety risks.

Member for Davidson, Jonathan O’Dea has announced the NSW Government will invest a further $24,200 to help preserve the electorate’s important public reserves and community hubs.

Local musicians wanting to promote and showcase their talents to overseas producers or develop contacts that could open the door to an international music career are invited to apply for NSW Government funding. 

People experiencing domestic and family violence will receive tailored, multi-agency support with the roll out of Safer Pathway in the Northern Beaches and Ku-ring-gai Police Local Area Commands (LACs) from March 2017.

Member for Davidson, Jonathan O’Dea has encouraged local organisations to celebrate the valuable contribution grandparents make in the community.

Member for Davidson and Parliamentary Secretary for Major Events and Tourism, Jonathan O’Dea has announced applications are open for a $4.8 million fund to bolster local tourism infrastructure in NSW.

This week Jonathan O’Dea, Member for Davidson, recognised some of the state’s longest serving Justices of the Peace, John Bell and William Norton, with commendations for 50 years of service.

Time is running out to apply for funding to support projects that will help local young people realise their full potential and benefit the whole community.

Member for Davidson, Jonathan O’Dea has urged locals to make an appointment to give blood during National Blood Donor Week from 12 to 18 June.

Mr O’Dea said, “This is the week to celebrate this country’s 495,000 life-saving blood donors.

The NSW Government is inviting community members to have their say on the urban design and landscape plan for the $500 million Northern Beaches Hospital road upgrade.
