The community is invited to have its say on a new permanent electronic message sign proposed for Warringah Road at Roseville Chase.
The variable message sign is proposed for westbound traffic, 90 metres west of the Malga Avenue overbridge crossing Warringah Road.
Member for Davidson, Jonathan O’Dea said, “The installation of electronic message signs at key locations across the road network aims to provide motorists with information on traffic conditions including delays, crashes, special events and detours in the area.
“The NSW Government has provided $6 million from the $246 million pinch point program to install fourteen electronic signs on key roads around Sydney,” he said.
Feedback on the proposed Roseville Chase electronic message sign is invited by Monday 15 September.
Further investigations to inform the site design are expected to be completed by the end of the year, weather permitting.
Written feedback is invited to Roads and Maritime Services Project Manager Renuka Kaul, PO Box 973, Parramatta NSW 2124 or email renuka.kaul@rms.nsw.gov.au.
