‘Health Check,’ a new publication produced by the Member for Davidson, Jonathan O’Dea, is a timely reminder for Davidson residents to prioritise good health. It has been positively welcomed by the community after reaching letterboxes last week.

“It can be challenging to maintain good health habits when the normal routines of school and work resume in February. That’s why I encourage everyone to read ‘Health Check’ and persevere with their New Year’s resolutions to eat healthy food, exercise regularly and improve mental health,” Mr O’Dea said.

“We’ve had fantastic feedback from local people in the last week, and I thank those that have advised how they value this great resource,” said Mr O’Dea.

‘Health Check’ includes information on the new Northern Beaches Hospital, medical health, nutrition, mental health, physical activity and immunisation. A medical services directory summarises a selection of useful local health services.
