Thirteen projects in the Davidson electorate have secured a combined total of $300,000 in funding through the NSW Government’s Community Building Partnership Program.
Jonathan O’Dea, Member for Davidson, said the funds will deliver major improvements to local facilities including recreation centres, sports grounds and parks.
“I am pleased about this fantastic news for the Davidson electorate. These projects will help create a more vibrant local community while delivering positive social and environmental outcomes.”
“The NSW Government’s strong economic management has ensured we are in a position to invest in these important local projects,” Mr O’Dea said.
“I congratulate the organisations that were successful in their applications and look forward to seeing the outcome of these projects in our community.”
The Community Building Partnership program has funded some 13,800 community projects since it commenced nearly a decade ago.
